So I ma a lover of very neutral wall colors in kids rooms. They tend to love a different color every year when young. I think my one grandaughter did 6 changes in 6 yrs. I like to use declas for the thing they love this year and use the color of the year for bedding or sometimes even just plillows I think it also really depends how old your daugter is too. I think the natural lighting is really not important but good lighting is . I use LED 4000K for my whole house. If kids use their laptop in the bedroom they need good lighting for sure.

I used silver peony in my daughter’s room and loved it. I don’t remember what direction light that room got though…. Her current room (different house) is BM spring iris which is also great. Her room faces South here. I find you have to sample color in room to get right.
