Design Dilemma Dining Room

Apartment dining room

Small square dining room with one end open to the rest of the apartment. I have a painted hutch for the far wall, which will give the room height (storage), and a round table with six chairs. All fit, but I am stumped as how to decorate the two side walls. No room for more furniture. Thanks for any suggestions.
P.S. I am not in the apartment yet, so I have no photos to share.

There’s no need to decorate; every inch of space in a room does not have to have something in it. Empty space is good! Plus, although you haven’t given dimensions, you say the space is small; so why crowd it? Just hang some art that you love. And maybe bring in a plant or two.
