Well, when I work in my backyard I have to bring all the necessary stuff ( planks mostly ) from the front ( there's the door ) and then go back. I think this would help me quite a lot.

If you have a lawn tractor, I would recommend a trailer. When I am working in the yard, I load the trailer with things I think I will need, drive to the work area. It it is a trimming project the trailer is used to take the trimming to the brush pile. I then return to the project site, pull all of the tools back in the trailer and return them to the shed. For the little project you see while mowing, I have a bucket attached to the tractor where I keep commonly need tools. When I see a problem the tools are there to fix it.
