Yes that will look wonderful. Don't be afraid of bringing some colour to your bed covering.

Just for fun try turning your bed so that it comes out from the corner. (Talking 45 degree angle here). We had our bedroom like that for years and it gives a lot of drama!

Of course, can't tell what your headboard is like. In the spot, between the back of the headboard and the walls , we placed a tall palm on a round table which we draped with some material. Then added an uplight so that shadows of the fronds were cast on to the walls and the ceiling.

It is a very romantic look.

i prefer the corner bed dramatic look to putting the bed under the window - so when u walk into the room, u see the bed + coverings - not the side of it.

the corner is an option I'd have to see installed - it seems to take up a lot of space, the room isn't too grand to have the whole corner, and would interrupt the flow from the door to the deck, and there would be a lot of wasted space to odd corners.

Agreed, the bed under window option looks good.

Sliding furniture around is free!

I would leave it where you have it before I would put it under a window. What if you want to sleep with the window open, your head would be in the draft/noise/light, nope not what I would do;)

Guess I should have added we live in the Bahamas and having a draft is always a good thing :) Also high speed fans and floor stand fans!

Then put the bed outside ;))))

I have a daybed out in our gazebo. Must say, sleeping outside in the summer is pretty nice!
