backsplash ideas?

Working on a kitchen remodel. Floor is cherry laminate, cabinets off-white, faucet/hardware is black and walls are this green. Counters will be a medium grey quartz called "Ocean Jaspar". I am attracted to rather primary orange for the backsplash, but nervous because it is a bold choice.

That tiny orange tile is available in a subway size. Our house is a victorian style.

Backsplash ideas or suggestions?

blue hex tile . [ orange is more accents: mats/ window valance w multi colored stripes ]...etc. this hex is on the darker side but consider various blues and others including subway shape

blue and green work well .....see where you are going w color as counterpoint to all white but I'd be more cautious about the level of bold....strong / statement elements dont need to be " knock the socks off " variety .

What walls do you intend to tile?

You really don't have options for ending???

Orange and the olive you have are pretty intense.

Hi, we are planning on tiling up to the bottom of the cabinets. Thanks

You've got a good thing going on now with the wall, floor and cabinet color. Now you add in a fourth counter color, and a fifth wall color? Nope, too much. It is hard to know without seeing your counter tops. But my instinct is to go with white subway tile. Might sound boring to you but I think it will make your other choies sing and certainly goes with the aesthetic of your lighting.

I personally would do a painted glass backsplash so you can switch it up easily if you want a change.

    That lookr really pretty, thanks

I agree with Kendrah, white subway tile. It is classic and for resale it is a winner.

I can't wait to see the backsplash you choose. I have ocean jasper countertops and still trying to decide on a backsplash. Was originally thinking of a white glass tile but noticed with the sample I got the color kind of changed when we put it on the wall. Now considering a white glossy tile. I don't want to distract from the ocean jasper counter tops. They are beautiful. Grey with white and silver sparkles.

And changed our minds Again! Went with white wainscotting and we are really happy with it!
