Center the mirror and table, if you are keeping those. And a nice accent light and rug. That is the very minimum. You could also replace the mirror and table (both of which I think belong in an entry). Search for some inspiration in Houzz photos to see some possibilities.

I would contrast all your wood finishes with a dark finish.

I think a piece of art would be better than the mirror but for sure a taller table or maybe a bench for sitting to put shoes on and off. I need to see the whole entry too. So post another pic in a comment here to show more of the space .
