My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes! This is very much a welcome surprise, especially since the weather is a bit gloomy today, but I actually like the rain - it has a very calming effect on me. It also makes me want to have a very relaxing day, but that's okay too.

      Yesterday we had some very strong winds, and they blew over some potted plants, including a very large bromeliad. Fortunately, the pot landed on a hose and so it did not break!

      My brother gave me some seafoam green Tommy Bahama pants that I like very much.


      I went with him to the store in Palm Desert to buy them last weekend.
