Why do think an online vendor will be able to get you appliances ay sooner?

@millworkman Most of the online retailers have backlog/warehouse storage and show my appliances as in stock. Not so for our local shops.

You have to keep checking retailers in your area and not be too picky about the model. For example, Home Depot (DC) shows several Bosch stainless steel dishwashers with "earliest delivery date" of March 7. Best Buy (DC) shows one model available in two days. Lowes (DC) has seven stainless steel models available by March 8 or earlier. I bought a washer from Appliances Connection and it went fine -- of course, that's just one purchase. It shows seven stainless steel models in stock.

Obviously, there are plenty of other brands besides Bosch whose appliances may be both better and more available.

Yes, thanks. All the big box guys have them; my dilemma is that people have posted stories about terrible customer service from places like Appliance Connection and AJ Madisons--I'm looking for positive recommendations from the big guys!

We just had Miele washer and dryer delivered by Appliances Connection. No issues.
