    I think it's Limonium. I used some in my mother-in-law's garden in Melbourne, Australia. They thrived in the heat there and were constantly flowering. LIMONIUM PEREZII BLUE

    Thanks! The common name is sea lavender, hardy to zone 3 and drought tolerant!
