I would not paint the brick. It adds rustic character. For the wood siding, I’d consider matching the dark charcoal color from the brick for a high contrast with the white trim. I’d paint the downspouts to match the main color of the brick.

I'd choose something other than white for trim.

It's almost impossible to recommend exact colors looking at internet pictures.

These are Sherwin Williams colors, and of the ones shown, I'd try SW 77, or something similar that reads sort of gray/green.

Also consider the roof color.

Don't paint the brick.
