Any resulting seedlings will presumably be lemons but may not match the named variety fully. Neither Jeffrey nor sugar pine will succeed outdoors in Wisconsin. And of course, are not house plants. So, if your intent is to do either there will not be much scope for continuing success.

you might  have to order  them  from a citrus seed company  an about the pine seeds you will have to look on line  and possibly adapted to your area

  I just  checked  and I found  out that the Jeffery pine can handle harsh winters  but  you might want order it on line  but the ponderosa lemon  in the winter  you will need  to take  it inside

Jeffrey pines are cold tolerant, but it's the needlecast that does it in here in west MD. Further north you go, heat and humidity is less, so needlecast may not be as bad.

 Jeffery pines can handle harsh winters   but may I suggest  a couple places to get the seeds

ponderosa lemon is ahybrid

Jeffry pine is zone hardy down to usda Z5 but if you're in Wisconsin, you might be better off going with a straight ponderosa pine var. scopulorum, as it is hardy down to z3.

z5 in the California mountains i think is a bit different than a z5 in Wisconsin.
