If it were me, I would mock it up with strings and balloons blown up to the size of the globes - doing that and having the table underneath will give you a sense of how the fixture should relate to the table (too often fixtures are hung too high)

I'd keep the bottom globe 30-36 inches off the table.

I was thinking 33 inches now but will check with the balloon trick that was posted above.
