A nightmare for servicers.

Perhaps you could remove the sink and use that space for a cabinet to store things in or even put in a floor to ceiling cabinet. Then you would have a place for things that you need and free up floor space to manuever in.

That’s not a laundry room, it’s a utility room! Everything useful is in it, making it pretty unusable! I see pencil sharpener, bike helmets, cushions (patio?), and duplicates, like dustpans and waste baskets and floor cleaners (vacuum, and maybe a stick vac? and a floor cleaner/carpet shampooer?)

The essentials, like the hvac, laundry machines, sink, and I assume water heater, can’t move. Can anything else move elsewhere? (I’m thinking not, otherwise bike helmets wouldn’t be with the vacuums.) But really, that must be a better place for a pencil sharpener. We had one mounted in a hall closet, even. Our current one has a suction base and we have moved it around over the years.

So, what are your goals? What are your options and opportunities?

Let me think about the goal, and opportunity. Options to move things are slight, but let me clear it out & give better pictures. It really is utility
