Possible changes:

Get Upholstered headboard
Remove wall art from above the bed
Remove mirror from dresser and hang artwork above dresser
Standing mirror on wall across from. Headboard
Bedding and curtains that coordinate, possibly patterned curtains (Current bedding is Pottery Barn Gray Medallion duvet)
Area rug to anchor bed

I usually satrt with the bedding. I think what you have is a bit blah. I think you need some color. I like a really nicely made bed with a couple of accent pillows not a ton. I like king size regular pillows on a queen bed I think your lights and the bed do not really go together . Choose bedding then accent pillows .Remove the fan and that fan light get a nice light fixture that works with your style . Then if you need a fan get aone that can sit on the floor and be put away in the winter. Remove that thing above the bed and thake the mirror off of the dresser. Replace that mirror with a nice piece of art . I like coverlets for bedding and then if you need a duvet do it like the picture here i This pic is just how to make the bed but the next pic is a duvet if you really love them then a couple of nice silver satin pillows and some soft blue linen drapes really full like 3x fullness for sure. I like the lamps in the pic with the duvet for sure thay are a better height and style .Take all the clutter off the night tables and pretty much make it look like a high end hotel room but with better art

I think you have great bones. I like your bedroom set and I like the fan. I agree with getting new bedding or maybe just a solid coloured blanket folded at the end of the bed. Another couple of small suggestions would be to try the tallboy dresser beside the window facing outward and to place a narrow bench at the end of the bed.

Another suggestion would be to hang a tv on the wall opposite the bed. Luckily you have a plug on that wall. You could then move the tallboy beside the other dresser. Now you have room for a chair or a dressing screen in the corner by the window.
