Help! Storage/book shelf in mostly-black home office

Hi everyone! I'd love some advice on replacing a piece of furniture in my home office.
I'm currently considering replacing the low 2-tier bookshelf (120cm wide) you can see in the photos. The room has a black, white, and dark green color scheme with light beige oak flooring.
I'm leaning toward the USM Haller cabinet (with doors) for closed storage — but I have a few concerns:
1. COLOR: The room already has a lot of black furniture (desk, bookshelf, mirror frame, stools). Would a black USM feel too heavy/dark? I'd love to introduce a different color, but I'm worried it might clash with the existing black-toned aesthetic. Would something like Anthracite or Beige work without looking out of place?
2. SIZE: I'm torn between two configurations:
• 1×3 (75cm wide) — but this feels too narrow for the wall, and I'd probably need to hang artwork above it to fill the space, which opens up yet another decision.
• Two 1×3 units side by side (50cm each = 100cm total) — this feels closer to the right width and would be more practical in terms of storage capacity
Any suggestions on color, size, or alternative furniture pieces would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
