Lose the door from the bathroom into the closet and have the door directly from the bedroom into the closet.

Don't put the walk-in closet inside the bath space. You have plenty of room to have a door into the WIC from the master bedroom and have a separate entrance to the bath.

Window sills should at least 4'-9" off the floor depending on where the neighbor's windows are located and site conditions. And natural light is good for you.

I had a client that has a secluded cabin in the woods at the edge of a river. She wanted a window IN the shower that started at 9" above the floor and was six feet tall and three feet wide. She said she enjoyed seeing the beautiful view of the river while she showered. I sometimes wonder if any fly fisherman enjoyed seeing the beautiful view of the shower.
