David Austin's Anne Boleyn has cute little button eyes. She is a sweet glowing pink and is still availble so far.

I believe that Silas and Elizabeth also are supposed to have button eyes.

Sombreuil CL has quartered blooms often with a button eye.

I dont have The Albrighton Rambler but have thought of getting it due to the button eyes.

I'm sure someone else might have it and be able to tell you more.

I enjoy when the button eye is a different color than the bloom and really highlights it.

Funny - I almost forgot that 'Treasure Trail' almost always displays a tight, conspicuous button eye.

Marchesa Boccella always has a nice button eye.

Treasure Trail was the first rose I thought of when I saw this question. I miss this rose -- I'm not sure how well it would do in Arkansas but in Seattle it was a lovely pot pet.

I can vouch that Evelyn does a pretty consistent button as well. Charles Darwin does too. Sometimes Perle d'Or has tiny buttons on it. Have a look at Stanwell Perpetual.
