I like that metal frame. Don’t spend a huge amount on furnishings as rentals create a huge amount of wear and tear. Focus first on washability. Swap the carpet for lvp. For art, find or take local nature shots and enlarge for your art.

I’m adding two sketches( I’m very bad at it) but what do you think looks better, I really like pictures of nature but i liked the color scheme from my first picture, I’m not sure what would look more appealing to potential guest
Also , I like the night stands but not sure if the look to matchy with the bed which sometimes doesn’t look great .

Provide flat surfaces that are empty for your visitors. No decorative pillows! The last place wanted us to nightly put their pillows on the dressers~~ ya NO. We were using the dresser surface and no way spending our vacation putting the stupid pillows back and forth daily. Luckily there was an not needed crib where they all went for the week.

Second the empty surface suggestion. I like the third sketch best. One or two decorative pillows is plenty. Extra blankets, open outlets for chargers, and plenty of local information are all important when i travel!

Hi, I love the throw pillows but agree with you @arcy_gw , I’m planing to use only one to add a little color to the bed , also will have a tv mounted on the right wall , long dresser under it for flat surface and will provide luggage racks .

I have a dilema with the decoration for this house , I like abstract art and actually I really like the canvas that @lisedv posted ( is just out of my budget) but i did find similar ones that I will post here, the thing is that I want to use a lot of different wildlife photographies trough the house even more pictures of otters since the rental name will be Otter’s den but for the master bedroom I wanted a very colorful piece to catch the eye and that is why i was inclined to an abstract piece of art .
So I have two questions:
-Is it ok to mix some abstract art with some phographies in the same areas, for example I will like to add some photographies to the other wall in the same master bedroom

• Is abstract art like the options I’m presenting you look childish , perhaps cheap? I’m trying to get everything budget friendly but still want to make the place look more expensive than it actually is.

I prefer the more abstract art and think over the bed is enough. Use the photographs elsewhere, perhaps a hallway. Don’t forget to add a comfortable chair.
