My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the clear roof panels made from? Brand? Polycarbonate?

This looks very similar to what I am working towards. Dual wall polycarbonate sheets. https://www.eplastics.com/polycarbonate/sheets/multiwall This company in southern CA has been very helpful and answered lots of my questions.Comes in different sizes, colors, transparencies. I think Home Depot has something similar, but I don’t know if they have the fire grade that I needed in order to be issued a permit.
