Ceramic Tile, for sand and water at the beach. You get water on the floor in a bathroom all the time and it stands the test of time. Wood floors will not, LVP would be my second choice. Well there you have it. You're getting hardwood. Good Luck.

Another vote for tile. Sand will be everywhere and you don’t want to be the crazy person hosing people off before they walk in the door in a couple years when it starts to look scratched and worn.

How much of the building do you have to walk through to get to your condo? A big lobby, long hallway from the elevator? If so then enough sand and muck will come off onto the building floors and yours will be fine with hardwood. If your condo opens right to the outside and floors are the first place feet hit, then probably best not to do hardwood floors.

Sorry but I hate tiled floors they are hard on feet, leegs and backs. Wood and water are never a good combo and salt water even less. I would do LVP but in tile look instead of wood look. Mannington does some really nice designs.
