It is amazing how things spring to life after a long winter, isn't it!

I was looking at the back yard a few days ago thinking the same thing. I love change (well, some of it!) and watching everything visibly come back to life is worth the months of mostly brown!

Yes, it truly is. Doesn't happen without effort and attention though. Enjoy the wait, Dave, as there is a lot to look forward to over the next few months.

When we look out toward the woods we see nothing but brown and bare all winter- you can see all the way across properties to the house that borders my backside.

Then one day you can see a small speck of green, the next day a bit more, then suddenly I can't see a house at all and my yard is BACK baby!

It's going to happen any moment now, lol.

The miracle of life and regeneration is truly amazing. Nice pix, Dave.

Ann so nice to see the ducks back. Hopefully they will not be swimming with the spring rains as they were a few years back. I still have a couple of ft. of snow so it will be a while yet for me lol.

Nice. Thanks for posting. Amazing transformation, indeed. Temperate climates go through the most remarkable seasonal changes. I'm still waiting for a winter's worth of dog doo doo to thaw so I can pick it all up!
