Newly planted viburnum leaves yellowing :(

Hello all!

i have recently planted 6 Moonlit Lace Viburnum in my front yard approx 2 weeks ago. They get full afternoon sun and i have been watering regularly (every day to every other day). One of the shrubs is showing signs something is awry and im not sure what to do, but i want to intervene before it gets worse. I noticed yellow leaves starting to pop up - I didnt think much of it and attributed it to possible transplant shock, but its getting worse. I water all of them the same amount and amended the soil the same way for all of them. The other 5 are doing great, its just this one. I checked for bugs, and nothing. I did go ahead and sprinkle some coffee grounds in case its a nitrogen issue (is this ok for a newly planted shrub?)

Ive attached some pictures. What do you guys think?
