We just remodeled our bathroom, and I want to add freestanding storage in an open area near the tub. I’m obsessing over what will work with the somewhat modern bathroom in an otherwise traditional home. I like vintage and antique styles, but I don’t want to use anything that competes too much with the tub, which should be the focal point. I have a few ideas. All of them fit in the space between the end of the tub and the bump out in the wall. I’ve also looked at some rattan shelves online. I need a place to put extra towels and maybe a few attractive toiletries, though extra closed storage would be a plus. I have cabinets in the dressing area outside the bathroom for extra supplies. Opinions most welcome. thanks.
