Favourite true mini conifer
Picea glauca 'Blue Planet' / Blue Planet Alberta white spruce
This is probably my favorite true mini. When viewed from above, it truly does live up to its name. With its perfect tiny needles, whats not to love ?
This mini was put in around ten years ago when it was tennis ball size.
i have a few of these scattered around and i cant say anything negative about them in my z5 garden
lets see yours !

Mine is now about the size of a nice grapefruit & was planted July, 2019. It’s behaving very well and staying the right size for its space. I got it just because it was so cute & I love mini conifers! It is more blue toned in summer when it’s dry & it’s planted in a west facing spot so lots of sun.
