We were looking at the Miele Steam Oven and had the same issue - trying to find reviews on it or any other steam oven was difficult.

We wound up changing our minds and are getting the Miele Speed oven as we decided we wanted a combo oven/microwave and then do away with our microwave. I would still love a steam oven but maybe next reno - not enough room in our kitchen for everything that I want.

There is lots of information from current owners of the Miele CSO on this forum.

Mine is plumbed and it is the second one I have installed. The first, when remodeling the kitchen in my previous house and the second, in the house we built in 2021. Really like it and wouldn't want to have a kitchen without it. Most other owners here feel the same!

Chispa - What size Miele do you have? It seems like you need to pay a premium for an oven that isn't tiny.

I have the 24" XXL, connected to water supply and drain.
