I agree with the suggestion in your first post - sort of. I would absolutely have the seats covered in same fabric & also have a matching small pillow made for the settee. Love the rug & I like the light color fabric of chair on right. It is great with the rug & a nice contrast to settee. Can you match it & just recover the navy seat chair? If not, I’d look at similar colored fabrics for both & the pillow. I’d leave the wood of each chair exactly as is.

They should match. Sell them and put the money into these on Etsy.

I agree that they look great together. Complement each other nicely and keep their individual charm. Matching is overrated sometimes!

IMO they are different and let them be different not a big deal and for sure not at a games tables .

Thank you for posting (I had despaired of ever seeing beautiful traditional items again. If I look for photos of traditional rooms on Houzz everything was posted at least a decade ago).

There are way too many different styles and colors in your little vignette.

Those chairs really overwhelm the game table, and then you have the grandmother clock and the modern light. It's taking on the appearance of a furniture warehouse.
