Yes, you can, mixing metals isnt new, I think it will look great, just bring a few more aged copper pieces to tie it together. I like how the chairs at the table in the show room have brass tacks just little suggestions that will tie it all in.

I think it would work well together! Mixing textures creates interest in a space and avoids looking too uniform within a space. These work especially well together since they're warm toned to match the floor, I would just pick neutral colored chairs to compliment it.

Thank you! I really appreciate your responses. I don't trust my own taste sometimes :-) and this has me really excited! (which I really needed today since there was a large water leak in the house last night and they are currently tearing up part of the flooring in that photo :-(.)

@RL Relocation LLC, I love the tip about bringing in the other aged copper pieces to tie it together. I love copper but wouldn't have thought to do this myself. Plus the brass tacks on the chairs pulling it together is a really interesting point.

I didn't love the chairs in the photo and was thinking of something more like this photo below but now I'm intrigued by the brass tacks.

I have this table too but my floors are darker making the dining area pretty dark. I didn’t like the chairs either but have had them for 7 years … I’m getting ready to replace them with something more modern also. My style is less traditional and more boho eclectic living in Florida, but am curious what chandelier you went with and chairs? Thechandelier I have now is cool, but doesn’t work with the gold look I’m going with in the house, so that is what I want to replace.
