Help with Shutters

Hello, I followed your terrific advice and had my siding done in the color you see here. We're picking out a new wood door and are deciding on the color of shutters (which are decorative only, which is common in the Cleveland area.) It's been an even split whether or not to keep the shutters, but I feel like they add something?

The deck is a work in progress as my husband needs to finish the stairs and we have to re-paint due to peeling paint. I think we'll go with the same colors since they go well with the house.

The shutters don't work with this hours. Not to mention, the windows in the garage look very different from the other windows for 2 reasons 1) the shutters 2) window grds. Can you remove the window grids in the garage?

Love the way the siding turned out! Also vote for no shutters. The brick on that side adds enough interest.

Another vote for no shutters. Putting a sculptural plant between the windows that have shutters would look better than shutters.

The garage windows have the grids and shutters while the main window doesn’t to help us decide which we like better. Sounds unanimous that they look better without both.
