It would be nice to see your house for sure. As for white I honestly would not do shake siding in white but I need too see the house . Post the pic in a comment here do not start another post.

It is best to select colors from samples at your site rather than image on other people's computer screen.

Thank you. I don't have a photo to share yet. I have attached the drawing, as the house is still being framed/built. We need to tell the contractor the roof color this week, but I want to have the entire exterior selected to make sure everything will match. I cannot find many photos of Snow online as I presume it's a newer shade. I just wanted to get an idea of the color (understanding it may vary on screen).
