The back right is a swing set. I need to be 10 ft off the fence and 12 ft from the house. I was hoping to put it somewhere between the swingset and the house and add a patio that butts up to the house on the right.

We use a design program from Structure Studios. Pool Studio is one of their programs which can generate plan view, 3D and a "fly through" renderings.

You could call them and ask if their is someone in your area who has purchased their product. Perhaps a local designer can help you out.

If you can't find a digital solution, try cutting a big blue tarp to the size and shape you want, then move it around your yard to try different locations.
