I don't know of a way to remove ink from wood but I do have an idea you might like. Think of something like your family code of arms , inital or desighn ,choose a piece of 1/8" thick wood in contrasting color to floor. Use a router pattern bit to cut your logo from piece of wood and inlay space in floor thereby removing ink blotch. Stain and/or clear coat logo then glue in place.

It might make a difference what kind of ink it is and what the surface coating of the floor is.

Sharpie pen on our wood dining table was removable with with a Magic Eraser, for example.

Consider calling a reputable floor finishing company to get some professional advice.

sharpie is removed with sharpie.. go figure... e.g. use a sharpie to rewet the sharpie ink.. then rub it off with a rag.. it makes sense the the ink itself is a solvent for the ink ...

so i would try the thing the ink came out of first ... just dont make it worse.. lol

I had marker ink on my wood floor and was able to remove it with a Mr. Clean magic eraser and elbow grease.

permanent marker - tho this looks like regular liquid ink - can be removed with a dry erase marker, the kind you use on whiteboards. Might be worth a try on a tiny bit to see if it works.

Hair spray leave it on hot 5 minutes wipe off. Don’t ask me why. It just works especially for sharpy.

I suppose it's possible someone used a felt marker to put a bunch of dots on floor but it looks like liquid splatter to me.

Have you tried Goof Off? It removes paint without affecting the finish from many things. Maybe try a bit on the floor finish inside a closet to make sure it doesn't harm the finish before you try it on the ink. Use a q-tip to apply it to the paint splatter.

Get some ink the color of your floor and color over them if nothing else works.
