We are on the tail end of a large renovation and I am in the process of purchasing bathroom finishes - hardware, mirrors, etc. One of the double sink vanities is 79" long and I would like to go with a full length mirror instead of two smaller mirrors. I found a 78" mirror that is under $200, which is an incredible price. The thickness is 2.25" however... And I've usually only seen pretty slim mirrors used over a vanity. If I use it, will this look odd? The price is hard to beat.
