I’m renovating a simple 8x5 bathroom with tub/shower combo. For some reason I’m having trouble choosing floor tile. The tub/shower surround will have 3x12 white subway vertically stacked with light grey grout. Wood floating vanity and black moen align fixtures. I had chosen MSI montauk blue slate but it came broken and it feel pretty rough. I’ve always been drawn to Calcutta marble but worry about the upkeep. I will likely choose a 12x24 tile. It’s only 30 square feet of flooring.
