Why quartz versus a granite or quartzite?

Daltile Calacatta Odyssey if your wood leans more brown, say, then red or amber.

@cpartist - currently have black granite and it is too busy. I haven’t seen a granite that I like. I’m open to quartzite but not many places near me have it.

We are doing a white and white oak kitchen going with antolini quartz
