This year the bare roots are tiny compared to last year and many examples online. Locally I saw the same roses potted three times the size with blooms for $15 more. They did not have the rose I wanted though which is Comte de Chambord. I'm happy to have my Comte de Chambord even if it is tiny. I was curious if anyone else noticed a difference in size this year from previous years.
