I'm not going to guess what is the source of the problems, but if you plant them outside they probably will do fine. The lights are probably not an issue. Watch out for overwatering since the pots may remain soggy inside. Don't expect to repair bad looking leaves, and in a month the plants will be so much bigger you won't even care.

If feeding your plants is improving the growth, great! Don't worry about the lower leaves- just snip that whole leaf branch right off. It's not going to recover or do the plant any good at this point, and it will likely want trimming anyway when you plant in.

They also look big enough that you can be hardening them off at this point. If your weather is permitting, start getting them some regular sunshine and breezes.

There isn’t a risk of damage to the growth or production of the plant if i snip off the yellowed branches? Some are determinate varieties, so I want to be sure! I always seem to have tomato seedling issues inside and then they inevitably flourish outside - it’s just the panic that they won’t last long enough to get them out! Our weather in 6b has been sketchy with a pretty cool, rainy spring. It’s warmed up this week and I started getting them out so hopefully there will be improvement. Thanks!!

Dots aren't from a mineral deficiency. Probably some type of fungal disease. Cut them off and dispose of them.
