I would add a canopy over the entrance.

Here are some ideas:

An awning at least over the entry and much bigger taller pots and not plastic like what trees comein. BTW the meter can be read even if lants are in front of it . Where I live they do it from a van.

A two story house should have something taller at the corners and a deeper shrub bed in front. I think the black pots are too small and the stones are not helping. I would find some brown exterior paint that matches the bricks and use it on the downspout and the electrical box and pipe.

Some option to go

Find another home for the rocks.

Just because the ground is higher on one side is no reason why your pots can’t be even! Nonetheless, the pots are too small and temporary looking. And too close to the house; that’s why the rocks need to go.

How about shutters on the single windows?

Definitely prune the bushes that are hiding the windows.

I would have a planter just on the right side. Consider moving the rock out from the right side and put it elsewhere. Buy a 24x24 cement square pad and level set it in front of the meter and get a taller planter pot maybe a foot taller in black to set on the cement pad. Get a door mat that compliments with the door color. Future plan might be to extend the left side bed further out, and trim down all the shrubs so they're below the windows. Landscaping will add some nice curb appeal.

The nandina shrubs below the windows need to go because their foliage is the same color as the brick.

I put bricks under my pots that are uneven or if I want to elevate my pots. You can level the bricks in the dirt, then place the pots on them. You can build up the right side with multiple layers of bricks. You don't have to use bricks, I just have a lot of them around and they blend well into the dirt.
