Possible but unlikely. None of the silverberries/Russian or Autumn olives are considered invasive here as they rarely set viable seed (primary means of propagation) and the two olives are not the slightest bit common west of the Cascades due to naturally acidic soils.

It has a resemblance to osoberry/Indian plum - Oemleria cerasiformis - a PNW native that is common to any wooded area and can pop up spontaneously in area gardens.
