Beaver Dam pepper plants don't seem to get to tall for me and don't impress by the look of them. The pods are pretty dam impressive and mine range from 6 -8 linchs long and 3 plus inches wide at stem end. 3 lobed. I'd sate a medium hot heat - hotter tha jalaneno and around same as serrano if not a tad more heat.

However, even as small plants they can pump out nice huge hot peppers and a lot for such a small plant. They do better for me in 4 gal buckets.
