My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Did I make a plumbing drain mistake?

My intent is to move a vanity to the middle of a wall in a 5 x 8 bathroom. The supply lines did not require any significant modification. I simply replaced the existing galvanized pipe with shorter pipes to get it where it needed to be. The drain, however, was a little more challenging. Taking the sage advice from one of the old timers at my local hardware store, I made the drain modification you can see in the accompanying picture that incorporated a 22.5° connector vertically. Will this set up siphon my P-trap?

    That's better. You'll want to put some stud shoes on those to reinforce the notches. They will also protect the pipe from drywall screws.
