Does this floor plan exist?

Hi! We are finally building our dream home on a 7 acre property. So grateful to be in this position!

My husband and I have 5 children - two teen boys, and preschooler, toddler, and baby.

Our home will be facing East and our back yard will be a forest. I would like the kitchen and living areas to be on the south side to take advantage of all that light. All the plans we’ve looked at have the living areas in the middle of the house. Although it’s so symmetrical, and convenient - I really want to take advantage of the east, south light, and the western forest view. That would make the living area on the left of the house. I figured we’re in our rooms only to sleep and usually hang out either outdoors, kitchen, and living areas - why not make it bright and airy! 😍

Here are some specks we’re looking for.

-2,400 up to 3,000 sq ft
-1.5 Floors
-Master and 2 other rooms clustered together (I want to be near my young children)
-More of a rectangle floor shape than square
-Garage on the right back corner (I want rooms facing East and don’t want the garage to take that away.)
-Bonus room upstairs along with a bathroom and 1 or 2 additional rooms. (For the teenage boys to have their own space)
-Kitchen in the far left corner with windows facing the west and south. I want to be able to keep an eye on my children as they play in that area. (LOTS of windows)
-Large kitchen island
-Large pantry
-Mud room (however I’m not sure where I’d locate it since I want an open living area and I can imagine muddy kids running in and out of the kitchen. Definitely putting a washing station outside)
-Spacious laundry room
-don’t care for an office/den, but I suppose we’ll use it as a play room for the kiddos
-don’t care for a formal dining room
-powder room near living area for guests
-don’t care for walk in closets or huge bathrooms like they have in master rooms.
-the house needs to look beautiful on the outside with beautiful peaks. We love how modern farmhouses look or even a craftsman style house.

I understand we may just have to work with an architect to get these plans designed. But I thought I’d check here first!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! Any tips and suggestions would be so helpful!
