Help me out here, please

The issue is a couple of NOID hostas. First one's below.

The plant on the left came to me being 'June', and I have my doubts. The one on the right came to me as a NOID and I'll eat my socks if that isn't 'June'. What puzzles me about the one on the right is the fact the older leaves are turning glossy and before you ask, no, it was never put in direct sun for any length of time. The newer leaf at the 12 o'clock position is coming up glaucous just like the other leaves did when they emerged, very confusing.

The next one came to me as 'Red October' and I knew when I bought it 3 years ago that it was anything but, the leaves are too narrow. But, what is it?

Your "June" looks like my June Spirit. Your other noid - possibly Red Stilts?

Thanks for the suggestion, bragu, but 'One Man's Treasure has much wider leaves.

I guess I shouldn't really have combined the 2 NOIDs, so, here's the red-pet one with a couple of extra shots for a better overall impression.

As you can see the leaves are quite narrow, with 5 veins. Keep the suggestions coming, puhleaze!

As far as the June is concerned, here’s my June just arrived from Hornbakers yesterday:

Looks simlair.

The NOID on the right looks like Orange Marmalade, but I imagine you are quite familiar with that one.

Gary u da man! I think you're on the right track with both of these. Does your 'June Spirit' come up with glaucous new growth or is it glossy rightoff? I'll have to keep an eye on the flowers of the red-pet one to make sure but indeed it sure looks like 'Red Stilts'. Thanks again 😀

Not super glossy at first but intensifies quickly.

Debra, I think it's time for me to eat my shorts. Yes, I agree with you, I think you have identified 'Orange Marmalade' for me but I'll make the final confirmation once I see the colour of the flowers.

Still not sure though about the ID of the other one. They have started to put up scapes and buds which is on the early side for 'June' perhaps -expect more like late July- but I have to make allowance for the fact I forced them into leaf by taking the bare roots and potting them up indoors so they'd have a decent showing for the first plant sale of the year (none of them sold, BTW).

I'll post pictures f the flowers soon as they open and I hope they'll last long enough to maybe get a side by side picture with the flowers on my real 'June', though I have my doubts they'll hand in there long enough.
