Maryl, I have had my Cosmic Kaleidoscope for about five years, give or take a year. Oddly enough, I am thinking up putting Lemon Shards in a pot, though I don't normally grow in pots long-term,, It did better before I planted it,and I may make that change. Googies has done well here, but it is lless bright than the photo shows.

These are Saturday's blooms, but today I had my fist of two Peaks. Last year, the first one was May 25th, so I am only four days early. the next one should be toward the end of JUne, but I think I am getting more first blooms faster than usual. The ones in the new extension are doing very well, especially the fall plantings. Some of the cats started today too and they are some of my later starts as I remember, but I could be wrong.

I keep seening plants that the frost hurt so badly with shorter scapes and man fewer buds. some of them, however, are absolutely unhurt. Go figure.

It's good to see Gypsy Cats blooming for you! Has Bass Gibson not performed well for you? Mine has never increased past the original two fans. My favorites of these are Linda Beck and Ledgewoods Pansy Face. Jellyroll Morton is another that always commands attention.

Gypsy cat does well here, Debra and is increasing nicely. Bass Gibson has done okay but never more than four blooms here. I think it has increased to six fans.
