I noticed that one the last time I shopped at TJs, but didn't buy it. I was disappointed they didn't have their Ranch Seasoning blend - that one makes wonderful roasted potatoes. TJs is known for things coming and going, so I hope these seasonings stick around, and I can get my fave again.

You might be able to make something like it with commercial buttermilk powder.

Yeah. I was in an esoteric mood. My friends and I like to play guess the maker. Some are obvious. Others, the product is a bit different, sometimes to be less expensive. Often, we can find the maker of a discontinued item, but, recently, I found the likely maker of a friend's favorite bread, and they had totally discontinued it, not just at Trader Joe's. Really and truly, I was wondering if the ranch had gone because an ingredient was unavailable or too expensive—or maybe hijacked by bandits. ;)
