fruit trees require much pruning to facilitate a good crop.. annually ... how will you do so with such little foot space ... where will you put the ladder feet ??? .. you cant only prune the driveway side???

i wonder how long the 2 by stock will last.. before it rots??? .. ask some neighbors when it was last replaced ....

tree time is counted in decades.. and id be concerned.. in the 5 or 7 years it takes a fruit producing tree to settle in.. and start giving fruit with vigor.. will you have to replace the wood.. and perhaps your trees will fall over during that process....

im not sure trees are a viable option in this application ...

ps: why is it so wet???

What size lumber is used in the wall? Looks like 4 x 4 supports. Most likely you’ll be replacing the wall before you’d get a mature tree.
