Take some time and make a list of “make it right” items and have photos. Give owner copy of your list so everyone is on the same page. You deserved better no doubt.

I think a lot of it is fixable, but I have found it easier /faster to replace millwork with dents and bad cuts and blobs of caulk and terrible paint surfaces than it is to get it back down to a smoothly paintable surface, after the damage is done.

If that wall tile is in a shower, what is behind it? How was it waterproofed? How was the pan constructed? Drain properly?

Ask him how and what his plan is before you let him do a thing.

Did they also do the shower? Make sure you ask him how it was waterproofed.

For those that asked about the shower, here is the progression of their work there. I hope they did it properly to ensure it’s waterproof but who knows. I have very limited knowledge of this part of the process so I was trusting they knew…

Nope, the Hardibacker needed full coverage with the Redguard, they used it only on the seems. Also the screw pattern does not look correct, and the screw heads are supposed to be covered with thinset.

Ugh great. What about the installation of the tub? I was surprised when they just set that down on the subfloor(?), would’ve thought something should’ve been under it.

What do the instructions say? Some get set on mortar so nothing.

Complete redo. Fire these hacks.
