we had poolkrete put in to replace sand bottom. once water was in it, we felt around and its rumbly\gritty with some sharper spots that are making me nervous about a potential

hole. Our installer put dry poolkrete on the top to fill in divits. this doesn't seem like the right way to do it based on my research. thoughts?
