Mostly looking for some professionals take on this. We've been remodeling our home and have had some issues with our cabinet installers. I'd say this is more of medium job being 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large closet and a laundry room. Or initial install was pushed back a week almost causing a scheduling conflict with the flooring company. The crew that dropped off all of the material just hard charged in causing damage to the brand new walls and actual cabinets, then the installers left all of their trash, crew did not communicate when they would be back or what else needed to be finished, when asked about finishing the company told us a time frame of over 3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks since initial install. The company sent the same crew that initially came in 2 other times since the initial install I sent them away due to them showing up unannounced and 3 hours prior to the scheduled time, they also did not have all material to complete the job and 2 of the 3 man crew seemed like it was the first time they had installed cabinets continually asking how to secure certain things and what size hole to drill ect.. Do these pictures show quality work, was I being too difficult? Overall i'm happy with the cabinets just the install crew being careless and a lack of communication from the company has made me very disappointed. I even reached out to the owner and he seemed to blow me off saying some damage is expected but he could not speak to the near 6 week delay to come finish this project.
