Help with Shutter Color

We are having our 1960's white brick ranch repainted. Since we are going through the trouble and $$$ of repainting, we are considering changing the color of the shutters. Should we change it to a neutral liek gray or leave it black? The brick will be Alabaster White, and we are looking at SW Pavestone, Mindful Gray, or Colonnade Gray as some options for the shutters.
