It does look a bit cramped, but it seems to be more functional. You have drawers and more counter space.

Re do the vanities how? The drain is in place, The faucets are installed. The hole is drilled. You will re do the entire thing. It isn't "just move the sink"

The time to have thought about sink placement was at plumbing rough in and vanity design.

I think they have to be asymmetrical for functionality.

@Jan Moyer thank you, Jan. You’re right it should’ve been thought about during plumbing rough in and vanity design phase, but I was unwell and away at that time due to health reasons. Redo in terms of having the plumbing and everything else redone to recenter.

Do you think it looks bad as is from a design standpoint?

I would have used an Ikea Godmorgon vanity with a centered sink since the vanity you show is the styl it is the off center is the only choice IMO

You will pay a horrific change order fee, along with the rip AND an entirely new vanity. These are small and tight baths. Show the house plan and my bet is there are other MORE important things with which to be concerned.

Hope there aren’t any left handed people using those sinks? It feels really tight to me and doubtful you end up with any more storage space if that was the goal. I think centered would be better aesthetically and comfort wise. I would change them if you can.

I think they are all fine for secondary/guest bathrooms.

My only redo would be that vessel sink, but only because I personally think they are an awful design!

Leave rmnoffcrmtered you get bigger drawers on one side etc

@Jan Moyer Your and everybody’s opinion is absolutely correct in that it will not increase the size of the vanity or bath, and will not provide further storage. Yes it will be costly at this point, but the assymetry is driving me crazy and not aesthetically pleasing to my eye at least. Though the mirrors being in proportion such that you stated, does help to balance it out. If it were up to me, I would’ve wanted the bathrooms to be much more spacious indeed. Appreciate your further input.

You better talk to your builder. A drain is not an entirely small issue.

Personally? I would just get over it. These look to be secondary baths, and I understand you were not well and missed details.

That said? It will not be a place ( neither ) where you will spend all day staring .

Fix the light here. It is not centered. Or I am blind.

I am unmarried with no kids. I was actually just helping my parents with this house. You’re right it’s not a huge deal at the end of the day. :)

Probably NOT. A 30 inch 0r 24, 0r 36 inch vanity is what it is.

To get a CENTER sink on the one just above ?

You'd lose the top drawer.

Or you do an all drawer vanity, and only the lowest drawer functions.

You made other decisions such as walk in closets, tubs....It's a lot late to worry about storage.

I would change it because had the same problem. I was away and the countertop guys put the under mount sink off center and to the right because that’s where the door was. I had drawers to the left. My problem was that if I wanted to splash water on my face my elbow would hit the wall on the right. I had them redo it and I didn’t lose any drawers or storage space. My cabinet was designed for a center mount sink with the top drawer somehow adjusted from within.
